These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Member", or "Player") and Istana8899 (hereinafter referred to as "the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at istana8899.cam (the "Platform" or "Website").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of the services offered by Istana8899 — including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, lottery products, and arcade games — you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with any supplementary policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

This Agreement applies to all Users of the Platform, regardless of the device or method used to access it. If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account where applicable.

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on the Istana8899 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. The Company enforces a strict 21+ minimum age policy in line with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, or automated accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be currently self-excluded from the Platform or from any other gambling platform as part of a formal self-exclusion programme.
• You must not be an employee, director, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of the Company, or of any game studio, payment provider, or other third-party supplier with whom the Company has a direct business relationship.
• You must register only one Account per household and per device. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual (including by using different names, email addresses, or payment methods) is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. The Company relies on the information you provide for identity verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance purposes. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration details and to update them promptly if any information changes.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations, the Company may require you to submit one or more of the following documents prior to processing a withdrawal request or at any point during your use of the Platform:

• A valid government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad, passport, or driving licence);
• Proof of residential address dated within the last three months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement);
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (e.g., a screenshot of your Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank, or CIMB account showing your name);
• Any additional documentation reasonably requested by the Company's compliance team.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. The Company will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your password secure or from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your own negligence. You must notify Istana8899 support immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All transactions on the Istana8899 Platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The Company supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including but not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrency options.

5.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is RM10 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. Deposits are typically credited to your Account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. The Company does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 unless specified otherwise. The Company targets processing of approved withdrawals within five (5) minutes for standard requests to DuitNow and FPX-connected bank accounts, although processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and network conditions.

• Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods previously used to deposit or to verified accounts in the User's own name.
• The Company reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems suspicious or high-value.
• Real Money Funds and Bonus Funds are tracked separately within your Account. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable until their associated wagering requirements have been fully met.
• The Company reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal where fraud, money laundering, or multi-accounting is suspected, pending investigation.

The Company offers a variety of promotional offers to both new and existing Members, including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referral rewards, and VIP tier benefits. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and form part of this Agreement.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses expire within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Bonus Funds that have not been wagered through within the stipulated period will be automatically forfeited.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion per eligible Account, per household, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely from bonus wagering. This will be stated in the relevant promotion terms.
• Abuse Prevention: The Company reserves the right to void bonus winnings and close Accounts where it reasonably concludes that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine gameplay.
• Modification: The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Users with active bonus balances at the time of discontinuation will be given reasonable notice.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that game or market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. The Company will not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in cases of a manifest error.
• In the event of a technical error, system failure, or manifest pricing error that causes a bet to be offered, accepted, or settled incorrectly, the Company reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and refund stakes to the relevant Members' Accounts.
• Maximum bet limits apply to all products and may vary by game type, event, and Account tier. The Company reserves the right to limit bet sizes at its discretion without prior notice.
• The Company offers sports betting markets covering events including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, FA Cup Malaysia, AFC Championship, international football tournaments, and UFC events. Market availability is subject to change without notice.
• Live in-play betting odds are subject to change in real time. Bets accepted at a given odds value will be honoured at that odds value unless a void event applies.
• The Company uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all applicable casino games. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages are independently verified and represent long-run theoretical averages over millions of game rounds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Istana8899 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and/or referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, or facilitating another person to do so on your behalf;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using any software, bot, algorithm, script, or artificial intelligence tool to automate gameplay or betting in a manner not authorised by the Company;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities for personal gain;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen payment credentials;
• Abusing bonuses in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gambling (including but not limited to: matched betting, bonus hunting, and hedging strategies across multiple accounts);
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymisation tool to circumvent geographic or Account restrictions;
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing any member of the Company's customer support team or other Users of the Platform.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• A breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Receipt of a formal self-exclusion request from the Member;
• A direction from any regulatory body, law enforcement agency, or court of competent jurisdiction;
• Discovery that a Member is ineligible to use the Platform (e.g., under 21 years of age).

Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than breach or fraud, the Company will return any verified Real Money Funds remaining in the Account Balance to the Member using their registered payment method, after deducting any outstanding liabilities. Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon Account closure in all circumstances.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting customer support at the email address provided in Section 16 of these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game malfunctions, technical errors, or network interruptions;
• Delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals by third-party payment providers;
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials;
• Any reliance placed on content, odds, or information displayed on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate;
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or circumstances beyond the Company's control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit the Company's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

All content on the Istana8899 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code, page layouts, and game assets — is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the express prior written consent of the Company.

The Istana8899 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of the Company. Unauthorised use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

The Company collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and should be read alongside these Terms.

By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, and the provision of personalised services.

The Company implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and you acknowledge this inherent risk when using any online service.

The Company is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and providing a safe, controlled environment for all Members. Gambling should be treated as a form of entertainment and never as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all Members through the Platform and support channels:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Account. Once set, deposit limits may only be lowered immediately; increases to deposit limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set restrictions on the duration of their gaming sessions.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulatory frameworks and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered and licensed.

In the event of any dispute between you and the Company, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally shall be referred to the competent dispute resolution body as determined by the Company's regulatory framework.

The Company's decisions on matters of game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions taken in accordance with these Terms shall be final and binding, subject to the dispute resolution process described above.
